To help you enjoy your trip without stress or confusion, we apply some smart limits when you select activities.
These rules are designed to avoid double bookings, give you realistic time to move between places, and make sure
you have a comfortable pace during your vacation. Below you’ll find a clear explanation of why some activities
may not be visible or available on certain days.
Daily Activity Limits

Maximum 2 activities per day – This limit helps you fully enjoy each experience without rushing.
Most activities are operated by different local providers and may take place in different parts of the city.
By keeping a maximum of two per day, you have realistic time to travel between your hotel and the meeting points,
deal with traffic, and arrive calmly instead of running from one activity to another.

8-hour daily limit – The total scheduled duration of the activities in one day cannot exceed
8 hours. This includes time actually spent on the activity and the practical time you’ll need before and after
(check-in, pick-up, drop-off, getting back to your hotel, meals, and short breaks). This protects you from
extremely long days and reduces the risk of overlapping or missing part of an experience.

Full-day activities (4+ hours) – When you choose a longer or more immersive activity that
already takes up most of the day, other options may be hidden for that same date. This avoids
misunderstandings, such as thinking you can fit several long tours into a single day, and ensures that
your main experience gets the attention and energy it deserves.
Smart Scheduling & Hidden Activities
Each activity can only be selected once during your stay in the same destination. Once you add an activity to a
specific day, it will no longer appear as an option on other days. In addition, when you reach the daily limits
(2 activities or 8 total hours), the remaining activities for that day will be hidden to avoid confusion and
duplicate reservations.
This system encourages you to create a varied and balanced itinerary, helping you discover different sides of the
destination instead of repeating the same type of experience.
Overlapping Times & Responsibility
Many activities are managed by independent local operators. In some cases, exact pick-up times and final schedules
are confirmed only after the reservation is processed. Although our system helps prevent obvious conflicts, it is
still possible for two activities selected on the same day to have overlapping or very tight schedules.
Please carefully review the times of each activity once your confirmations and vouchers are issued.
If you choose activities that overlap or leave very little time between them, we cannot be held responsible if one
of them cannot be fully enjoyed, needs to be shortened, or must be cancelled by the provider.
Our team will usually review your itinerary, and if we notice an obvious conflict, we will try to contact you
(by email, phone, or messaging apps) to suggest changes or alternatives. However, we cannot guarantee that every
possible schedule conflict will be detected in advance, so your final review and approval of the timetable is
very important.
Need More Options or Changes?
If you'd like to adjust your activities or remove a selection to see more options, simply:
- Click on any selected activity to view its details.
- Remove the activity from your itinerary if you want to free up time or change it.
- Available activities that fit within the daily limits will automatically reappear for you to choose from.
